Finally brought a digicam after making so many considerations for months, until my frens are so "fed up" with me, cos i keep changing between 2 models that i like.

Brought it not at Comex, cos Panasonic did not have a booth there, wasted my trip there. Then got to know that Panasonic had a F1 promo at Millenia Walk, so went there to see see and they really have discount for the cam i wanted.

It's the lightest and slimmiest model that i ever had...

Turns up that they sold out their stocks even before they finish their promo, so i got to preorder for it. Haiz need to wait for ard 2 weeks for it to come, maybe it will arrive in time for my birthday?

Over the weekend went to watch Harry Potter and the Half-Blooded Prince with my cousins, and also got to travel in my cousin's Honda Fit which is a interesting little car! Ok back to harry potter, we went to vivocity, GV for the movie. While waiting to enter, me and one of the cousins noticed someone holding a drink with a sorting hat dangling onto. Immeditately we wanted to have that, then later on we saw some others with a cauldron together with the drink, and we guess it must be a popcorn combo set. And so we went to buy 3 sets of it!

Date: 27th of Jun 2009

Yeah! my first time to visit the nite safari park, even though it was there like so many years liao.

Yeah! we got 50% off coupons!

A group photo upon reaching...btw did a elephant walked past? why the space? maybe a elephant did walk past after all we are at the nite safari park!

I hunted a leopard!

Great fun at the park get to see lots of animals especially the tigers and leopards, but bad for photo taking cos it is so dark sia!

Date:28th of Jun 2009
Venue: SJ de Grande Ballroom

The biggest big cast to attend a event organised by me (together with jane).
Ms Dennis Phua (an MP leh!)

H1N1 terminator!

H1N1 "carrier" being lasered!

My Deputy Chairperson, jane!
Receiving our appt letter aka "contract"

My Chairperson, which is me!
Also receiving "contract"...can break bond?

Mixed feelings for this event, but negative more than positive. Positively is that both jane and me manage to execute out this event according to our plan with 85% of it and 90% a success number. Negatively is there is simply little cooperation and almost no communication given among those that are supposed to help. My recognition from this event can only be the "thank you" and "well done" given by some of the people. Lastly thank you so much for those who had help us ALL the way (especially my beloved Zone 7 members) and thank you to those helping TODAY, and have a Nice Day for those who did not help us at all!

Woah! It has really been a long...long...time since i blog, so here i am today blogging if not blogspot might just delete my blog bcos cobwebs are forming already.

Hmm...wat shld i blog then?

Ok for start let's start with my work, today will be the start of the 4th pay period that i'm handling ever since i took over the task of payroll (people practice). Kind of abit blur at something cos i wasn't trained for it but i think i am getting the hang of it now.

Then this month i got another highest number of graveyard shift ever since working at Mc, this month there is a total of 6+2 graveyard shift. Initally only 6 but then suddenly my fren need to change shift bcos of some family matters, so in the end a total of 8 shifts. I feel like a vampire in the making now, sleeping in the morning and working in the night. Maybe next time can call mi Dracula but definitely not Panda!

Oh ya...i got 4 Off-In-Lieu (OIL) this month, meaning i got lesser off days this month...haiz!

Almost forgot...i finally finished and graduated from Basic Shift Management and Advanced Shift Management liao...i am officially now 2nd Assitant Manager liao...not to mention pay raise too!

Ok now for SJ, the "crisis situation" for CCC is finally settled so now we are having a peace time into planning the rest of the details, i really hope there won't be anymore problems cos i dun think we got anymore "luxury" time to spend liao.

Then another for SJ is that we kena arrowed for CC presentation, got notice of this from jane and so suay it has to be on the day i got fever. I really feel i dun have time to plan this cos it is like 2 months away, how can i hold meetings to discuss when i dun even have so many weekends to use. My precious weekends is either work or used for CCC planning already. If they would give notice like probably 4 mths before then it will be more feasible for me to plan. For consolation i still got jane to help me for this event, so can still barely make it for me, thnx!

So that's all folks!

It has been long since i last blog sia...very very long i guess? Very busy since working at Mc, shift work sometimes can really be tiring...but finally this month i'm working lots of night shift so have some free time in the afternn.

Anyway yesterday together with some of my colleagues went to changi airport to send one of our fren back. He is Farid from Indonesian, here for training for 6 months, so yesterday was his last day in S'pore. Quite sad that we have to part ways after establishing such good frenship, some of my colleagues cried during the send off. Lastly, wish him best of luck and may be one day we will meet again!

Good luck Farid!

Have been so busy with my new work and the planning of NCOC i dun even have the leisure time to sit in front of my computer and do some blogging. Time is like so precious to me now that i make sure i make use of each second to the fullest, which includes planning enough sleeping time.

Anyway today NCOC has ended but i was not there to see to it as i got to work in the morning, but i am quite impressed with myself for going to camp in the morning during the 1st day of camp and going work overnite, and then going back to camp after my work. That is like not sleeping for 24 hours?

Also i think i am kind of jinxed cos 3 out of 5 camps that i took part in, rained before campfire starts but it will stop almost just before the campfire starts. The 2 exceptional case, one some accident happened and another i book out for a wedding. This kind of makes me think that i am a campfire jinx but the fortunate part is all 5 manage to have campfire as planned.

Overall this year's NCOC is the best NCOC that i ever took part, cos i really enjoyed the company of my 61, 31, and most importantly my 23.
