OMG...today is 23rd liao (the time just click past 12) and my last assignment is due on the 24th, and i've yet to do the 3000 words journal, and not to mention the project part onli 80% done. But...but...i'm too tired to work OT tonite, hmm i guess i'll do it tml morning+night non-stop until i've finish my assignment. Haiz...sad for a student man, but luk on the bright side, this is my final assignment for my diploma liao...although i've one more written paper to finish before i pass my diploma course lah.

This evening, same gathering with my SJ comrades. Today we tok abt our organisation, especially our zone which unfortunately we are in. After the "discussion", i kind of feel that the zone will be much better if it is these few of us running the show instead of those... but sadly this isn't the way it is now, if it is wat we want...i wouldn't be saying tat we are unfortunately in this zone.

Anyway, now the combined camp is progressing...plannings are more defined now and it is much more closer to the dates liao. So excited to have another of this camp cos the previous one we had much joy in planning and participating it.

These past weeks has been a "coffee week" man, cos when i met up with the SJ guys, it is always Starbucks or Coffee Bean and jus now "lai kopi" at a coffee shop @ beach rd. Maybe next time i'll just take chocolate or some juice lah, cos the taste of the coffee is becoming a "common" taste soon. I think i still wanna retain my "special" taste for coffee.

Recently the media has been broadcasting about the General Elections and PAP has been toking abt "renewal" of the party, so it makes me thinks that i'm in this kind of situation also, of cos slightly different lar (in the sense of SJ lar).

This is a year i considered my retirement year for SJ previously, but now i kind of feel that my passion for the service is still flowing out from my heart and i feel like continuing it, BUT i am a believer of "renewal" and i wan to let the youngs take on to this job. So basically i'm left with two options "Move UP or Move OUT" (rhymes hor!), "Move Up" meaning i move up the ladder and continue the service at another level, and for the latter "Move Out" meaning retirement from the service lor. Obviously and normally if i wan to stay on, i'll move up but bcos now there are so many uncertainties up there and also due to the certain restrictions implied to me, therefore i'm quite stuck in between...haiz...! Now what i can do now is most probably enjoy what i'm doing now and let the fate guide me to the answer bah!

Oh...today i was "bestowed" a yoda (a lego yoda minifig keychain) from shusi, who just came back from Japan. Haha...another new addition to my lego collections, hmm...it has been a long time since i bought a lego set liao...the last was maybe a year or two ago, haiz no money to buy mah!

Btw recently being very "on" onto playing bowling again, although i incurred quite a few muscle aching, but still i find it fun but quite expensive lar. Anyway hope to bowl again (maybe) next week?

Those were the words tat my com said to me before he went on "vacation". My com sort of "won" a "(un) lucky" draw to a few days "vacation". With my com gone, my following days was quite lost for me, cos i wasn't able to check mail, surf net and most importantly do my assignment.

Finally days went passed, my com was back, i was so happy...but...he is a "changed" person now, he became XP (previously he was ME). After his vacation, alot of his "memories" was forgotten cos he feels tat he is now a "new" person (com)!

Lots of data was lost, but at least some was stored elsewhere when the vacation happened, lots of things to be installed, downloaded etc. All my music files are also gone, now i'm stuck with my hi-fi set to listern liao.

Haha...bcos today is my last class for this week liao, so i'm will be a bit more free and relaxed.

Another haha...cos on my way home, i went to buy roti prata for my lunch. When i got home and opened my lunch, i found that there was TWO plain prata and one egg prata, which i recalled i onli order ONE plain and one egg prata. I'm very sure cos i onli gave him $2 and he return me 40cents (One plain and one egg prata is $1.60). Therefore i thot i was having quite a luck today, cos i got an extra prata.

Not so haha...is bcos i wanted to backup my files in the computer just in case, cos to upgrade my computer OS. In the end i dunno i restarted dunno how many times when i was copying the files onto the disc, and its not alot of disc lor...is onli ONE disc onli!

Another not so haha...is i tried to download Bleach but the website kept prompting me they can't find the server, so i can't download. I thot maybe it will be better after some time, but nope it persisted until i starting blogging here (at the moment i'm typing here, the download is onli 14% now)

Oh...another haha...is i manage to download Naruto and watched it without any "obstacles".

Finally the competitions is over! And with some desirable results!

Yesterday was the FA comp, and very unfortunately i was so busy with starting the competitions (of coz got others lah, but since its my blog i will mentioned myself...wahaha). Firstly it was the helpers, some were late and some din even come (best liao), giving us trouble on the manpower deployment, haiz...

Another thing is so many duties are not being allocated, for example the balloting of the teams, no one knows who is suppose to prepare for it. In the end i have to help bring things for them, and at the same time i also have to deploy the helpers...wa lau.

Score sheets is another thing, those holding on to the score sheets din even pass it to the judges, then still got people kept pushing to start. In the end i ask the judges they may start juding liao, but almost all the judges ask me "Got score sheet?". So in the end have to search for the score sheet for them, best thing is those preparing the score sheet din even prepare a clipboard for it lor, making another round of searching again.

Finally when all stations are functioning already, thot can rest liao, but comes another job...CID job, cos one of the teams brought in items, which they are not allowed. Briefings has been told to them that no items are supposed to be brought it, in the end all like deaf one. After the 1st team who brought in items, i went to give them another warning not to bring in any items. In the end, so many unauthorised items are handed over.

Also...when the time is already so tight, someone requested us to cut down the time more. In the end we told him off saying its the max, then he started saying alot of things of the future and back to cuting the time. So we told him off again is not really possible, then another round of his future things and back to cuting the time. Finally, sianz of this i told him "Plz dun repeat urself again lah, if can we will certainly to it, but if can't dun keep on pushing for it. Then finally he din go on wif his talks again...

Oh enough of the bad things, now for the good things. For start alot of the commrades are working together again, like umi (who is working with mi), yvonne (who is doing casualty sim), weiye (doing his photos, but dun have our photo showing us doing job leh) and also all the helpers assited in the comp.

And also the best prize is winning at the comp for my corps, thot we din manage to win as a champion, but we did manage to get not one but two 2nd runner-ups. Thot it is a 2nd runner-up everyone in the teams were very happy as they've put in efforts into it and was return with results. Yeah...fighting for gold this year in CAA liao!
